How To Book A Family Holiday At Oakcliff Holiday Park

1 - Please read all the conditions listed below and then complete your booking. There are 2 different ways to book a holiday at Oakcliff. These are the options:

a) Complete your booking on-line. Click here to go to our Secure Server and complete your online booking.

b) Telephone us on 01626 863411 and complete your booking over the phone.

2 - Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to OAKCLIFF HOLIDAY PARK with your your name, address & card no. on the back.

3 - We will then send you an invoice showing your balance which should be paid at least 28 days before your arrival date.

4 - Holiday Cancellation Plan for only £20 per week or part touring and camping, £15 per week for holiday homes. Only payable with Holiday Deposit. Only members of the party named on the Booking Form are covered by this scheme. Once a booking has been received by Oakcliff Holiday Park it becomes a legally binding contract. No monies will be returned unless covered by our Cancellation Plan or your own insurance.

Oakcliff Holiday Park Booking Conditions

Bookings and Reservations will be accepted by Oakcliff Holiday Park subject to the following terms and conditions:

Bookings and Reservations

The first-named person is responsible for the booking and is over 18 years of age. He/she warrants that the party is not a group of young people under the age of 25 or an all-male or all-female group. No more than the maximum number of persons as stated in the Booking Application shall be permitted to occupy the accommodation booked. Children or babies of whatever age count as one person. Bookings are from 4 p.m. Saturday to 10 a.m. Saturday (or mid-week on request). No keys will be handed out for accommodation before 4 p.m. Any accommodation not paid for in full by twenty-eight days of the due date of arrival may immediately be re-let by Oakcliff Holiday Park. No refund can be made for early departure once accommodation has been paid for and a receipt given.

Holiday Home Layouts

The layout diagrams in the park brochure are shown as approximate guides only. They are not to scale and are typical layouts only. There can be variations. Further information regarding such variations is available from the Booking Office.

Accommodation

Any loss or damage for which any occupier of the accommodation may be responsible whether to the accommodation and equipment itself or to any property belonging to Oakcliff Holiday Park will be paid for in full before departure. Residents are responsible for keeping and leaving their accommodation clean.

Cancellation Plan

This Plan protects you up to and including the day before your holiday commences against loss of Booking Deposit (and all other charges) due to or already paid to Oakcliff Holiday Park because of redundancy, jury service, accident, injury, illness or death of any member of your party or a close relation. In the event of cancellation, please submit supporting evidence of claim, i.e. redundancy notice, jury service notice or Doctor's certificate. Oakcliff Holiday Park cannot entertain claims which fall outside these specified reasons for cancellation. A sum of £20 is deducted from each settlement under the Plan to cover administration expenses caused by cancellation. Cancellation must be confirmed in writing.

Pets

Dogs, cats or other pets are not permitted on the park. Should any person booking accommodation arrive with a pet they will be refused admittance and no refund of monies paid will be made.

Barbeques

No open fires or barbeques may be lit on the park. Gas fired barbeques only are permitted on the park providing they are under adult supervision at all times and kept well away from any building.

General

If a specific Holiday Home is requested we will do our best to comply with the request but we cannot guarantee to do so. At all times we reserve the right to refuse to accept any booking for whatever reason. We try our best to ensure that all the facilities as advertised are available. For reasons entirely beyond our control (e.g. strikes, mechanical breakdowns, illness or non-arrival of any entertainer etc.) such facilities may temporarily not be as advertised. We cannot accept liability where such misfortunes occur.
Vehicles must be driven very slowly and with due care within the boundaries of the park and must only be driven by holders of a current driving licence.
Children remain the responsibility of their parents, guardians or the person signing the Booking Application Form at all times when at the park.

VAT

These prices include VAT at the current rate of 17.5% and will be altered only if the rate of VAT changes.

Personal Property Left Behind

Personal property left in your accommodation at the end of a holiday will be returned at owner's risk on receipt of postage and packing cost.
