With our huge array of facilities and fantastic location, owning your own holiday home at Lady’s Mile offers an enviable lifestyle that the whole family can enjoy whenever they want to.
We currently offer many types of Holiday Homes starting from only £16,950. After all, it is your Holiday Home and we feel that you should have the home of your dreams. All homes are fully furnished with every attention to detail. Many have double-glazing and central heating fitted as standard, and if you wish to make the most of Devon's warmer winter climate then extra insulation is also standard on most models.
When you purchase a Holiday Home you will have the use of all on-site facilities at Lady’s Mile and our sister park Oakcliff, and remember we are close to the Blue Flag resort of Dawlish Warren which, apart from it's sandy beach, has an 18 hole links golf course and a world famous Nature Reserve.

Both our parks are open for 12 months a year 1st January – 31st December
Letting
some of our holiday home owners sublet there holiday home, to help offset the running costs. We do offer a letting service for which we charge a commission and cleaning fee.
Pets
Pets are welcome in privately owned caravans,all we ask is they are kept on a lead.
